  2. I am extremely grateful for your teaching today Master Hudoba!

As you spoke about anger and the liver I immediately became aware of some frustrations that I had been suppressing these past few days. During the chanting I felt these negativities leaving me and was left with a feeling of peace, quiet and a gentle vibrancy. I look forward to more experiences like this!!
    Much Love to You!

BIG LOVE to you, Master Hudoba!!
It never occurred to me to give love to my frustration, anger, or discontent.
    But, it works!
    Ha ha, this is wonderful!
    A powerful tool. Simple.
The power of love using your simple technique is effective.
I had a really grouchy sales person, and my instinct was to grouch back.
But, instead I managed instead to give her DAI, love back instead of what would have been a 'grouch circle of energy' between us.
And, it worked! I got a smile and much better attitude.
I felt better. She felt better. We felt better.
Thank you for blessing. Thank you for teachings!
    Love you, too!

    1. Dear Master Hudoba,
Thank you so much for this blog and the video. These teachings about the liver storing anger are so powerful; as soon as I put my hand over my liver and the other over my lower belly, while listening to your chanting and visualizing the Golden Ball, I felt the warmth in my whole body. The more I practice, the less I feel angry in my life; it is a miracle! I never knew that it could be so simple and yet so difficult to practice ALL the time. At the end of the talk, when you offered a blessing, I put one hand over my heart thinking that I needed a little bit of love. You started chanting "I love you!" Immediately tears poured out of my eyes and I felt so much love inside of me and I could see so many Saints around me loving me; it was beyond words. Thank you so much for your chanting Master Hudoba. I look forward to more blogs and more videos. Much love, Monique

  4. Dear Master Hudoba,
Thank you for posting this practice on releasing anger; just in time as always :) I am about to go into work to complete a task that is going to afford many hours of opportunity for practices that offer forgiveness and love to melt blockages. Thank you as well to Master Marilyn for sharing your experience of the effectiveness of the approach taught by Master Sha for everyday life and for extraordinary situations. I appreciate as well that you each give examples from your own life of how Master Sha's practices can help us become better in whatever faith path we are following. Once again you demonstrate to us, What, Why, How, blessing, with the beautiful blessing at the end of the video. I will carry that love with me in my next tasks. Thank you, thank you, thank you, love you, love you, love you! Cynthia

    1. dear Cynthia,
This is wonderful, yes, it is very important to to do forgiveness practice. I learned this from master Sha in 2010 and I found it extremely helpful. Now it is about 50% of my all practices I do every day.

  5. Thank you, Master Hudoba for the TV Show on the Liver and 5 elements. The practice is very easy to do and so powerful. I was experiencing pain throughout the area of my stomach and near my liver. This practice helped to move some of the blockage in both areas. With further chanting and forgiveness practice, I will have a HAPPY HAPPY LIVER! Thank you so much for showing us the techniques to do self-healing. Love, Brenda

  6. Dear Master Hudoba, I have just arrived back home from a 3 day visit to Hamilton for my father's public memorial. I opened your blog and did the practice which was so fitting an perfect for all the emotions I am processing at the moment.Of course the transition of a beloved one has it's own emotional challenges, but in addition to this, because of the extended time spent with family, many other issues came up for purification, as these kinds of intense and concentrated family gatherings seem to do. I was so grateful to watch the video, do the practices and release some of that. It has calmed me enough now to go into my daily practice without the barrage of negative thoughts and feelings. Thank goodness for technology which has allowed me to practice with you, even when you are not in Vancouver! My deepest gratitude and love to you Master Hudoba for all you have done for me, my father, my family, which has made a challenging time much smoother ad lighter. Love, Sara
