Peter Hudoba: Self-reflection and enlightenment

Dear precious souls,

The year 2013 is coming to the end and it is the time to reflect on our achievements through 2013. What we have achieved that we are proud of? Is there anything that we have not been so comfortable with?
Yes, this is right thing to do, but not only once a day. In ancient China, there lived a very wise man, which many know under the name of Confucius.

Confucius has taught that we should, at every evening, reflect on the day passed.
We should examine our conduct and see 3 things when we did something good, that we helped 3 people, or said 3 nice things to others.
Then, he taught that we should examine 3 things that we are not so proud of, that we should rather not to do or to say next time.

I found self-reflection very useful practice on my enlightenment journey and I hope you will also.
